If you are looking for background information this may be a useful place to begin.  The material is under continuous development as we gather old and new references and links.

The following section serves as a useful archive over our own In-house publications, as well as gathering material that we reference from within our group of Associates, or have available for open access from within our Network of professional colleagues, companies and organisations.

In most cases we will keep documents on our server simply because external links often fail after a certain period of time.  However our intent is to always acknowledge the original source.
