Background

Our roots go back to 2000 with work started by CO2-Norway.

Since 2004 we have focused internationally and have been an early-mover within Carbon Capture & Storage (CCS) where we promote the deployment of carbon dioxide (CO2) for enhanced oil recovery (EOR). 

We implement technology that can make a significant contribution for production of clean energy in the future and help to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

We believe a commercial focus is essential if governments are to be successful in mitigating the impact of global warming and climate-change.

We have over the past 12 years acquired considerable insight into the technology and commercial strategy necessary to integrate deployment of CCS power generation, CO2 transportation and commodity use of CO2 in order to build a value chain.

Furthermore, we understand the challenges of project financing, we have a long-term perspective and we build brick-for-brick thereby securing early investments into what is recognized to be a large new commercial market.

CO2-Global draws on a multi-national group of management shareholders with development experience from power generation, energy and the CO2 business.

Our representatives have offices in Houston, Midland, London, Rotterdam and Kongsberg.
